Earthworm Practice for the so-called Anthropocene: New Ways of Looking. Join Ayya Santacitta of the Aloka Earth Room for a weekly online gathering every Wednesday. The hour begins with a short reflection and guided meditation, followed by an optional 15-minute practice discussion for those who wish to stay. Open to all. Join from anywhere via Zoom, and enter the room 15 minutes early. Recordings are shared afterward on YouTube (video) and Dharma Seed (audio).
Time: Wednesdays, 9:00 to 10:00 am Pacific Time, with discussion until about 10:15 am PT.
