I’ve spent over 20 years as an environmental educator and mentor, helping children and adults fall in love with the natural world. That path led me to become a certified Awake in the Wild Nature Meditation Teacher, weaving Buddhist practice, ecopsychology, and somatic awareness into the way I guide people back into relationship with the earth.
I lead online workshops and nature immersions in places in Marin County, where the invitation is to slow down enough to feel the reciprocity that’s already here between breath and forest, body and earth. I was formerly mindfulness faculty for UCSF’s Climate Resilience Course.
I believe our healing and the earth’s are the same healing. My teaching is an invitation back into that belonging.
